Mimi and Belle came to us as abandoned puppies of around 6 weeks old. Both had terrible skin conditions, mange and ringworm which left Mimi completely hairless.
It took quite a while for us to cure her and the hair to grow back, but she was soon at full health and a cute puppy.

She had a lot of interest in the early days for adoption, so much so, that we reserved her for a very willing adoptee. Unfortunately after waiting quite some time the person decided not to take her.

Again, interest was shown, and finally an American lady took her home.  Around six months later we received a call from the lady asking us if we could please look after Mimi for a short while, as she had to return home to the US for a very short time due to a family emergency.

We were happy to do this for her, in return she promised to send us money for Mimi's upkeep as soon as she arrived in America.

Sadly this was the last we ever heard from her.  Poor Mimi went from, what we assumed was a loving home, back into the shelter mix, where she sadly has been ever since.

She is a sweet girl and very loving and wants no more than to be cuddled on someone’s warm lap , she has never been sick (apart from her early skin condition),  and is a bouncy,  happy and very friendly young dog.
